Your paycheck is deposited to your bank account every two weeks (unless you opted-in to physical checks). In order to see the details of your check and how much PTO you have accrued, you would need to log into your account through our payroll system, SurePayroll.
You should have received an e-mail on your first payday with SurePayroll. The e-mail contains your username and password so you can access Employee Self-Service, where you can view your payroll information in a secure online environment. If you did not receive or cannot retrieve this e-mail, your supervisor is able to assist you. They can retrieve your user name, and your password will be your SSN. After you have logged in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password and to designate a secret question to ensure your payroll information is secure. If you have forgotten your password, please contact your payroll administrator, who can reset it for you.
